Thinking about nominating for a position on the Student Executive Committee? All you need is the time and an interest in getting involved. Meet people, learn new skills, share your skills and have fun! We are flexible with the time involved, and willing to work around your other committments.
Nominations open Monday 1st March at 12pm and close Friday 12th march at 12pm.
If you are interested, come and speak to someone in the Student Association Office about nominating. Nomination forms can be picked up and handed in to Elizabeth Ross or Joanne Mathey at the Student Association Office in the Hangar.

La Trobe Student Representative (you must be a La Trobe student to nominate
TAFE Student Representative (you must be a Wodonga TAFE student to nominate)

Students making nominations, being nominated and voting in student elections need to be financial members. Financial members have paid the student fee (VGSF or SAF). We will verify your membership when you nominate or vote. Employees of Wodonga Student Association, Wodonga Institute of TAFE or La Trobe University are not eligible.
Not a financial member? You're still welcome to get involved. If you have a particular interest, or would just like to see what's on offer, come into the Student Association Office and speak to someone about volunteering or just give us your ideas.
The Wodonga Student Association has a committee of management to oversee its operations. The Executive Committee consists of students who are elected to their positions annually. Only financial members have voting rights and the opportunity to nominate for positions on the Student Committee, so if you're interested make sure that you join.
Students who are not financial members cannot be elected to the Student Committee, but are encouraged to volunteer or to make suggestions, and to participate in events organised by the WSA.
Annual elections take place early in first semester. To be eligible you must be a financial member. Vacancies and elections are advertised online as well as around campus.
